BLOOD TYPE IS BIG IN JAPAN

"TYPE O:
A high-protein diet heavy on lean meant, poultry, fish and vegetables; light on grains, beans and dairy. Type O often have tummy troubles and supplements are suggested.

TYPE A:
A meat-free diet based on fruits & vegetables, beans, legumes - ideally organic and fresh. Type A have a sensitive immune system.

TYPE B:
Avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts & sesame seeds. Encourage eating green vegetable, eggs certain meats and low-fat dairy.

TYPE AB:
Foods include tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables. Type AB tend to have low stomach acid and should avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoked or cured meats."
