"I know, I have the ability to achieve the object of my definite purpose in life..."

Last week, February 3, 2022, Bob Proctor died. So I was moved to re-listen to a podcast where he explains that in October 1961 he bought THINK AND GROW RICH, “It changed my life!” In a recent interview with Lewis Howes, Bob was asked what his top recommendation is for a fulfilling life? Bob’s answer, “Study every day.”

1961 was the year Sam and I married. When our girls were in grade school, Sam offered them $20 if they would memorize the SELF CONFIDENCE FORMULA. To this day, Kelly and I can still repeat most of the formula. The formula may have influenced the success of gotomedia.com & gotoresearch.com and the All American swimming achievements with the success in our girl's lives. The family sees the examples of Grandpa’s legacy with his art and quotes posted all over our house. Therefore, I am offering the granddaughters, living with me, the same incentive.

We practice as we go places in the car. I also decided to repeat the whole formula as I take a hot bath every night. I am realizing I need to keep remembering the value of repetition.

To clearly write down a description of my definite chief aim in my new life has been a challenge. The past year, I have taken notes and studied, but now I see that I need to pick out a few of my mentors - re-listen, re-read and re-study as suggested by Bob Proctor is what I intend.

I have not abandoned my original, mostly in my head, goal of influencing my great grandchildren to be kind, self-reliant and successful individuals by leaving a legacy. Here are a couple new starters to restate and write down my definite chief aim in life:

1. Be involved in things that make life better while appreciating the worse times that help me learn.
2. Re-reading, re-listening and studying every day to keep learning while sharing with those in my own backyard because we all have issues - that’s life!!
3. Sharing with regular planned communication with a few individuals that want to schedule accountability sessions with me.
